Computer Refurbishing Technician
VIG is an industry leader in off-lease and refurbished computers. As a Computer Refurbishing Technician you inspect, test, diagnose, and repair off-lease machines, then bring each one back to a clean, customer-ready build on our Dallas line.
What you'll do
- Inspect and assess the condition of off-lease computers
- Test, diagnose, and repair hardware and software issues
- Repair or replace computer parts
- Adjust computer specifications to meet customer requirements
- Install computer software

Non-Technical Computer Refurbishing Specialist
Support our Dallas refurbishment operation without needing deep technical expertise — a warehouse-first role focused on inventory, materials handling, moving and prepping equipment, and keeping the refurbishment line supplied and moving. A great way to get into the industry and learn the process.
Cosmetic Refurbishing Technician
Make every refurbished machine look its best. You clean and detail chassis, screens, and keyboards, remove old labels and adhesive, replace cosmetically worn parts, and grade each unit on appearance before it ships.
What you'll do
- Clean and detail laptop and desktop chassis, screens, and keyboards
- Remove asset tags, labels, and adhesive residue
- Replace cosmetically worn or damaged parts such as palmrests, bezels, and keys
- Grade each unit on cosmetic condition against our A/B/C rubric
- Keep finished units organized and ready for the next stage
