Chain of custody · five stations

Tracked from your dock to final disposition.

Five audited stages. Serial-level records you can hand straight to your auditor.

  1. 01
    STN 01 · PICKUP · BOL ISSUED

    Pickup

Sealed, manifested transport on your schedule.

Transport is scheduled around your site and loaded under supervision. A Bill of Lading is issued at the dock — custody legally transfers on paper, not on a handshake. Freight is sealed and tracked to Dallas with no third-party warehousing.

  2. 02
    STN 02 · RECEIVING · INTAKE SCAN

    Receiving

Reconciled against your manifest within 48 hours.

On arrival at 2630 Andjon Drive, every pallet is intake-scanned and the shipment is reconciled against your packing list within 48 hours. Any discrepancy — count, model, or condition — is flagged to you immediately, not discovered at settlement.

  3. 03
    STN 03 · SERIALIZATION · ASSET RECORD

    Serialization

Every asset tagged, photographed, and recorded.

Each device is tagged with a unique asset ID, photographed, and recorded by serial number, make, and model. From this point forward, every action taken on the device is written to that one asset record.

  4. 04
    STN 04 · SANITIZATION · WIPE LOG

    Sanitization

NIST 800-88 destruction, verified per drive.

Storage media is sanitized to NIST 800-88 — overwrite for HDDs, cryptographic erase for SSDs, physical destruction where required or where verification fails. The wipe log records method, result, date, and technician per drive, and feeds your serialized Certificate of Destruction.

  5. 05
    STN 05 · DISPOSITION · FINAL CERT

    Disposition

    Resale, redeploy, or certified recycling.

Sanitized assets are graded and routed to their best outcome: resale through wholesale or auction, return for redeployment, or R2v3-certified recycling. You receive the final certificate set and a per-device disposition report — one line per serial, audit-ready.

One record per serial · filed in order

The record your auditors read.

Each stage files the document named on its right — the disposition certificate closes the same record the BOL opened.
