Issued at the end of every data-destruction job. Audit-ready, serialized to each device, hand-signed by the certified technician.

What’s in it
  • Serialized list of every device processed (manufacturer · model · serial)
  • Sanitization method per device (NIST 800-88 Clear / Purge / Destroy)
  • Disposition outcome (sanitized, refurbished, shredded)
  • Technician name + R2V3 certification number
  • Job date, intake reference, and chain-of-custody hash
  • Hand-signature + corporate seal

Settlement Report

Issued after a wholesale or auction engagement closes. The line-item financial picture your AP / procurement team needs to reconcile a wire.

What’s in it
  • Per-lot summary: hammer / list price, buyer’s premium, total
  • Invoice number (VIG-INV-YYYY-XXXXXX) reconcilable to your wire memo
  • Issued + paid timestamps; remit-to VIG LLC, Dallas
  • Tax handling notes (resale-certificate referenced where applicable)
  • CoD reference for the corresponding data-destruction job
  • CSV export for direct import into procurement systems
