Quality that holds up under audit.

Three QC control points, NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 1 logical sanitization verified per serial, ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 acceptance sampling, and records that lock on release — documented, downloadable, and verifiable.

How we control quality

Three control points. No exceptions.

Each one writes its own record, stamped with the inspector and time.

01 · Incoming

Receiving inspection

Counts reconciled against the BOL and packing list, damage photographed, Focus Materials flagged, and discrepant lots quarantined — before anything advances.

02 · Process

Station checkpoints

Audit → wipe → repair → cosmetic → pack. The wipe checkpoint is a hard gate: no pass without a per-serial wipe log and completed verification.

Wipe checkpoint · hard gate
03 · Final

Pre-ship release

ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 AQL sampling and a packaging checklist, then a QC-supervisor release that locks the records against edits.

Our quality system is the product. Every claim we make — sanitized, graded, counted, released — is backed by a named record written at a controlled station. The documents below describe exactly how that works, in the same language our auditors see.

Flattened, read-only PDFs — uncontrolled when printed or downloaded. They render from controlled masters and stand in for the program in a vendor file; the controlled set itself stays in the portal.
