Information we collect
Contact details you submit (name, email, phone, organization), pickup-request details, account and bidder-verification information, and standard technical data (e.g., IP, device) needed to operate the site and keep you signed in.
How we use it
To respond to pickup requests and quotes, operate the client portal and auction, verify bidders, prevent fraud, and meet legal/compliance obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
With service providers who help us run the site (hosting, backend) under contract, and where required by law. [Subprocessor list — to be finalized.]
Your rights (California — CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may request access, deletion, correction, and to opt out of “sale”/“sharing” (we do not sell). Submit requests to ks@viginc.ca.
Your rights (EU/UK — GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Retention & security
We retain data as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet R2V3/compliance record-keeping, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
