These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites and services of VIG LLC (“VIG,” “we,” “us”), located at 2630 Andjon Drive, Dallas, TX 75220. By using the site you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account. Seller accounts are approved on registration; bidder accounts require verification and a refundable deposit before bidding.
2. Services
VIG provides IT asset disposition (collection, certified data destruction, refurbishment, recycling) and a periodic B2B auction of refurbished hardware. Service descriptions on the site are informational and not an offer or guarantee.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with bidding, or submit false information. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Auctions
Auction participation is subject to the separate Auction Bidder Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Intellectual property
The VIG name, logo, and site content are owned by VIG LLC and may not be used without permission.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
